It was a ding-dong dairy day…

Today the riders woke up to a cool, misty morning. They had spent a restful night on a dairy farm that produces 30000 liters of milk a day! The host family spoilt the team with a good old English breakfast. (Bacon, Eggs, Sausage, and Toast).

The bikes had been cleaned and prepared the day before and were ready for the team to take on Day 3, a 52km ride from Fort Nottingham to the Karkloof Valley.

The team had a great day out on the bikes with a warm, sunny day. They arrived safely at Bushwillow Caravan Park and set up their tents ready for the night.

Tomorrow is the final leg of the sani2bengen 2024 cycle tour, powered by BRiNK Towbars.

Good night…
